Doctors Orders Sheffield

Established City Centre Pub

The Doctors Orders is an established pub that sits on the edge of Sheffield's Busy City Centre. Location is key at the pub, which benefits from being a stone's throw from The Royal Hallamshire Hospital and Sheffield University - and it is a short walk away from the central live music and theatre hub of Sheffield! Due to this location, the pub has a wide appeal to a variety of customers and provides a fantastic location for a variety of important occasions for those in the city.

The Doctors Orders would suit a food and drink offer that has a clear identity and stands out from local competition in the area. An on trend "pub food with a twist" would go down a treat in the area whilst supplying sharing platters and burgers to cater for all. We aim to combine this with premium draft lagers, a craft beer selection and an excellent selection of spirits to appeal to the demographics of the area.

BDM Vision:

I am looking to partner with an ambitious operator at the Doctors Orders who can deliver on trend "pub food with a twist" as well as a fantastic range of premium draft lagers, craft beers, premium spirits and wines to make the Doctors Orders the place to be seen in Sheffield.

Ambitious Operator Wanted

There is plenty of opportunity to drive trade further at Doctor's Orders and we are now looking to partner with an ambitious operator who is skilled in delivering a fantastic food offer and has an ability to maintain and develop premium drink trade without being overly reliant on transient student trade. You will be familiar with the local area and have the drive to grow this business opportunity.

This pub is subject to a proposed refurbishment, the details of which are being worked up. While we don't have any further details to share right now, we are welcoming applications.

The calculation of the Estimated Minimum Ingoing Costs assumes a minimum deposit of 1 month's rent or £3,000 (whichever is greater) and that fixtures and fittings (F&F) are rented. The subsequent deposit build up and F&F rental costs are not included in the rent model or ongoing costs below.
