Training Courses
We have two training courses to get you fired up and ready for running a pub. Innside Knowledge is our mentor-led virtual induction course for Leased & Tenanted agreement licensees. And Just Add Knowledge is our award-winning programme for our Management Agreement (Just Add Talent) operators. These initial programmes include one year's subscription to the BII (British Institute of Innkeeping) and access to our e-learning platform for one year.

Commit to your career and your pub’s future. You can access our online training platform any time to learn about everything from Food Safety and Allergens to Conflict Management and Interview Skills. There are over 50 modules to choose from. So it’s worth carving out some time to see how you, and your team, can develop your service and offering.
