Wishing Well Lincoln

Community Pub with Plenty of Potential!

The Wishing Well is a charming community local situated within the large village of Cherry Willingham, Lincolnshire. This pleasant village boasts affluent demographics with locals consisting mainly of young couples, career focused families and mature couples whose children no longer live at home. The pub sits within a shopping precinct, close to other amenities and a public car park.

The pub is currently known for its welcoming atmosphere and great pub grub. The two room operation allows for both drinkers and diners to be catered to comfortably. The drinker's side boasts big screen TVs to showcase the latest sporting games, while the dining area can cater to circa 60 covers. The pub would suit a food menu that prides itself on being home cooked with fresh ingredients. All the Yorkshire classics should feature, such as home made pies and the beloved Sunday Roast. Cask Ale is also a big winner at this pub.

Experienced Local Operator Wanted

Are you a local operator who has experience running a similar pub? You will have prior experience with food and have the ability to engage with your customers through your friendly manner and social media marketing. As passion for cask ales would also be beneficial.

Trading Area & Facilities

The pub is a two room operation, which has a clear split in trade between a friendly community local and a place to have a great pub meal. The pub was refurbished within the past couple of years and is still in a brilliant condition, with a bright and fresh interior that still retains traditional charm.

There is a small patio to the front of the pub, with plenty of car parking nearby due to the pub's location in a shopping precinct.

Private Accommodation

Private accommodation consists of two bedrooms, living room, kitchen, bathroom and small storage room.
