The Three Horseshoes is a local community pub situated on the outskirts of Harlow. It is a popular family friendly pub. It caters for all customers' needs and all occasions.
We are looking for you to deliver a good food offer well. Alongside a great range of ciders and cask and ales. Sports will also be a key part in this offer with Sky sports showing and hosting sports and pool teams. You will also need to have a great progamme of events each week.
We want you to bring your enthusiasm, expertise and drive. You will have great business management skills and be comfortable in marketing. You will be passionate in making sure the pub is compliant and will lead and motivate a good strong team. Trade experience would be beneficial.

The ingoing costs are much lower on this agreement than a standard lease at £4,000. While the level of support from Star Pubs & Bars is high. As well as being your own boss and running your own business. Not only this but you will have a home for you and your family.

Trading Area & Facilities

The Three Horseshoes is in walk in condition and decorated to a high standard throughout. The pub has a nice big open trading area with an L shaped bar and a separate section for pubs games. There are lots of table and chairs scattered around as well as a lovely open fire place. The pub is traditional in style with low wooden beam ceilings, plenty of natural light and space. There is a large catering kitchen and this is in good condition. This can cater for 45 covers.

There is a small area to the front of the pub with a few picnic benches. To the back is a dedicated smoking area. Another great asset is the large car parking area.

Private Accommodation

The private accommodation consists of three bedrooms, lounge, kitchen and bathroom. This is clean and tidy and ready to move in too.
