The Powrie Bar is situated in the Fintry area of Dundee and is surrounded by housing and is one of only two pubs in the area.

The pub is 100% wet led and has a strong local following that are attracted to the live sports showing and great drinks range.
The Powrie currently had pool, darts & dominoes teams and this should be maintained.

There is a function room with the opportunity to build trade here by introducing events and utilising the space more widely.

Trading Area & Facilities

The Powrie is a two room two bar operation and was refurbished in 2018 and has been well maintained since.

The tow rooms break down as a Function room and main bar and the interior is in good condition. There is a pool & darts area, juke box and TV screens to enable live sports showings.

Externally the pub is in good order and is clean and presentable. There is a shared car parking with adjoining shops.

A pavement license to the front has been granted which could be utilized more.
