The Olympic Hotel is in the village of Draycott, the Erewash district of Derbyshire. It is on the busy A605 surrounded by residential housing. There are only two other pubs within a half-mile radius. This is the perfect opportunity for the next operator to make this the number one pub in the village.

Trading Area & Facilities

There are two main trading areas, the restaurant and lounge which both have access to the central bar. A dedicated area in the lounge hosts the pool table and TV.

Great outdoor space, two large patios with seating. The first has concrete flooring and 3 fixed benches. The second is on wooden decking with approx. 7 benches. There is also a large grassed area with a children's' play area.

The large car park can double up as a space for hosting events.

The calculation of the Estimated Minimum Ingoing Costs assumes a minimum deposit of 1 month's rent or £3,000 (whichever is greater) and that fixtures and fittings (F&F) are rented. The subsequent deposit build up and F&F rental costs are not included in the rent model or ongoing costs below.
