The Highfield is located in the historic market town of Beverley in East Riding of Yorkshire. Beverley is known for its racecourse, markets, and hosting various food and music festivals throughout the year.
This family-friendly pub is nestled in a popular residential area on the outskirts of Beverley and is integral to the local community. The pub has an outside trading area, catering kitchen and car park, which makes it a great choice for socialising with friends and family and can be used for functions and events.


The planned refurbishment by Star Pubs and Bars will give the Highfield a refreshed look to maximise its appeal and allow the new operator to make the pub the go-to choice for local residents and those from further afield looking for a tasty home-cooked meal or sociable drink.

Star Pubs and Bars have a refurbishment planned for the Highfield, which once complete would see the pub showcase a refreshed, contemporary decor, complete with new or revamped fixtures, fittings, and soft finishes throughout. The outside signage will also benefit from redecoration.

The Estimated Licensee Fixtures & Fittings (F&F) Value assumes that the pub will be let on a Rolling Tenancy or Business Start-Up Agreement, where we own the majority of the F&F. The F&F Value for Full Repairing & Insuring Leases will be significantly more.

The calculation of the Estimated Minimum Ingoing Costs assumes a minimum deposit of 1 month's rent or £3,000 (whichever is greater) and that fixtures and fittings (F&F) are rented. The subsequent deposit build up and F&F rental costs are not included in the rent model or ongoing costs below.
