The Courthouse is a fantastic, three-storey, town centre pub which sits on two of the town’s principal thoroughfares. The pub was refurbished in 2016 and has retained the traditional character of this landmark pub.

Trowbridge is a thriving West Country market town situated roughly halfway between Bath (12 miles) and Warminster (10 miles). Trading Area & Facilities

Internally, the large open plan trade area is served by a central bar and commercial kitchen. The pub can cater for at least 50 covers.

Externally, as part of the completed project, repairs and decorations have been undertaken, including the installation of a new signage and lighting scheme to fit the new image and name, ‘The Courthouse’.
There is no parking with the pub but locally there is ample on street parking.

The calculation of the Estimated Minimum Ingoing Costs assumes a minimum deposit of 1 month's rent and that fixtures and fittings (F&F) are rented. The subsequent deposit build up and F&F rental costs should be included in your financial assumptions in your business plan. Note that on FRI and Investment Tenancy Agreements deposits will always be 3 month's rent in advance and fixtures and fittings (F&F) must always be purchased. A deposit of 6 month's rent will be required for operators trading under a Limited Company with no Guarantors. In order to ensure a successful start-up, all applicants must have a minimum £10,000 un-borrowed funds.
