The Wildfowler is on the busy A1076. Close to the many Kings Lynn Retail Parks so benefits from lots of passing traffic. It is also surrounded by lots of chimney pots on either side. Putting it in a great position to increase its customer base.

The Wildfowler already has a strong drinks trade. Currently it is a sports led pub. There is a full working catering kitchen. A huge opportunity exists to change this and introduce a good food offer. We are looking to work with an experienced food operator that can create and deliver a great menu. This will attract a wider range of customers.

Trading Area & Facilities

Externally the pub has a large garden space with the potential to have c.70 covers. It has a huge car park so great for passing trade.

Inside can hold up to 70 covers including the dining area. This could be increased to accommodate more covers if sports removed. There is a separate room which could be used as a separate restaurant. There are various zoned seating areas in the rest of the pub. Including some high bench seating and an elevated zone by the window.

The private accommodation at the Wildflower has four double bedrooms, lounge, kitchen, bathroom and office.
