The West House has been at the heart of the community for many years. As well as benefiting from over 3,500 adults within 10-minute walk time and 10,500 in a 20-minute walk radius, this traditional pub offers over 100 table covers, indoor and outdoor, allowing it to comfortably accommodate wider community. Surrounded by little competition and situated on its own grounds, the venue also offers a large car park, catering to both locals, as well as visitors to the town.

The exciting refurbishment will enhance the unique and traditional features of this already successful venue, combining contemporary style with cosy and rustic finishes. The interior works will consist of a complete upgrade of all trading areas, as well as creating a new "Sports Zone", giving The West House a welcoming and lively feel, making it the go-to place for live sports events.

The outdoor beer garden will be upgraded, providing a comfortable area for alfresco drinking and dining.

Post refurbishment the West House will comprise several different trading areas including a central bar servery which will be the focal point of the pub. Also a lounge Bar, Lounge/dining area, and a dedicated Sports Zone / Games Room. The catering kitchen will cater for 100 plus covers. Outside the trading area will become a cosy relaxing area to enjoy an alfresco dining and drinking experience throughout those warmer months.
There is also a large car park at the West House.
