The Tam Bain is a well known and historic pub based in the heart of Laurieston which is close to Falkirk. The pub does a great trade in drinks and is popular for live sports. The Tam Bain is a traditional pub that is well maintained and has a strong following.

We are looking for someone who can build on the Tam Bain's previous successes by adding a simple but quality food offer. There is also massive potential to exploit the extensive outside trading area included with the pub.

Trading Area & Facilities

The Tam Bain is a great example of a traditional one room pub. With high ceilings, cornices and an impressive wooden feature bar, the trading area is large and accommodates booth and loose seating and a pool table.

Live sports are shown on screens and are very popular. The pub is nicely decorated and has been well looked after. The kitchen is small and has not been used for some time but is operational and can support a simple bar menu to increase revenue and appeal to customers.

Externally the pub is impressive and sits on a corner. There is a very large outside trading area at the back of the pub. With some small investment this area could be transformed and really increase the pubs appeal and revenue.

There is a flat above the pub but this is not currently included in the deal but can be negotiated if required.
