This is a cosy welcoming bistro bar that has a great reputation in the centre for a wonderful home cooked hearty meal alongside a refreshing pint! Core trading hours at the Riding Shopping Centre are 9am - 5.30pm, which showcases the importance of preserving and improving a great food and coffee offering for Ruby Lou's at its busiest time, however the cinema and car park are open later than this. Currently, the site is trading until 5.30pm and closed on a Sunday - demonstrating ample potential for growth in trade for its next operator.

Ruby Lou's has one open trading space and needs its next operator to digitally develop the site making it more visible and attractive for the customer - this can be done through the installation of a card machine, Wi-Fi and improvement of its online presence on places such as Google, Facebook and Instagram. There is a great opportunity here to premiumise the drinks offer at the site, with the potential addition of live sports and games if feasible with your vision for the site.

Externally, the site looks on to the internal shopping parade of the Ridings Shopping Centre, with large signage and up lighting. There is space externally to put up eye-catching A-Boards. There is car parking in the Shopping Centre and on-street parking nearby.
