A full refurbishment will reposition this pub to offer a broad appeal in the local community. The back-of-house layout changes will make operation far more efficient and allow an exciting new food offer to be introduced. The result of the planned refurbishment will be a multi-functional venue where customers can both dine and enjoy a casual drink. A food-focused lounge and dining area will be on the right-hand side of the pub beside the kitchen creating the perfect atmosphere for couples and families to enjoy a relaxed bite to eat. Trading Area & Facilities

The footprint of the existing bar servery will remain the same, with a central location to separate the lounge and taproom. The tap room will be a dedicated area for groups of friends to gather and enjoy catching up over a drink or watching live sports. The Lounge/ Dining Area will be upgraded, featuring softer decor, which will include carpets, fabrics and curtains as well as softer fixed seating. A new kitchen will be created, as designed by a specialist kitchen contractor in order to accommodate the new menu offering.

The beer garden will provide a lovely environment for customers to enjoy a drink or bite to eat in the summer months.
