The Pear Tree is located in the residential suburb of Keyworth, South East of Nottingham.

The pub is a one-room, one bar operation benefiting from a mix of informal and formal dining areas. It has a great patio area which can seat around thirty people which is accessed from bifold doors within the pub.

Currently, the pub is predominantly wet-led but there is an opportunity to introduce a food offering into the pub.

The Pear Tree would suit an operator who has a proven track record in operating successful premium locals and introducing and delivering a food offer.

Available on our Business Start-Up Agreement, helping you to manage your risk with a 3 years fixed term agreement that you can terminate at any time on 28 days' notice.

Externally the pub has a great beer garden that helps drive trade in the summer months. The Pear Tree has a substantial car park with room for around 30 cars allowing for families or those coming from further afield.
