Old Castle Inn Bridgend

Extensive Refurbishment Planned

Exciting refurbishment works, both internal and external, will transform The Old Castle Inn into a contemporary and stylish venue with traditional and warm finishes.

Situated on a secondary high street in the heart of Bridgend, The Old Castle Inn is a welcoming local pub surrounded by an expanding residential area, including the new development of the Sunnyside Wellness Village. With access to 10,000 adults within a 20-minute radius, the pub's prominent location will attract not only the ever-growing local community, but also shoppers and town centre drinkers.

This is a 100% wet-led community pub, making it an exciting leasing opportunity with minimal start-up costs. With keenly priced drinks and the addition of new TV, AV and music systems featuring a comprehensive sport channels package, the pub will offer the highest quality viewing experience, which will largely appeal to any sports enthusiast.

With the beer garden supporting alfresco drinking, The Old Castle Inn has great potential to become the go-to place for the big and small sporting events.
