Trading Area & Facilities

A large open plan trading area segmented into two sections both serviced by a central bar. One area currently trades as a bar while the other is a large lounge/dining area. The pub has a large catering kitchen on-site with a capacity of 50 plus covers. To the rear of the pub, there is an outside trading area with bench-style seating. A small car park for up to five cars at situated on the side of the premises.

The private accommodation at Hollybush consists of 3 bedrooms, a bathroom, kitchen, office, and lounge area. In line with our Ready to Trade Promise, we will ensure the private accommodation is in good condition so that you can focus on your business.
