Surrounded by residential housing and close to the shopping parade, this is the only pub in this area, making it the focal point of the community. With the bar separated from the restaurant & lounge, the venue has the flexibility to provide family-friendly food whilst also catering for adults who want to watch sports and play pool & darts.

Trading Area & Facilities

Internally the Griffin has the advantage of having separate zones for diners and drinkers. The restaurant and lounge are separated from the bar, so you can offer a full dining experience without compromising the entertainment in the bar. For sports fans, there is a pool table and multiple TV's with the capability to show 2 different games. The catering kitchen is well equipped and The Griffin is very popular for Sunday Lunches.

Externally there is an outside seating area, large rear garden and a private car park making it easily accessible.
