This is an impressive and imposing building that has been extensively refurbished to a very high standard. Positioned on a prominent semi-rural main road, it sees plenty of passing traffic. Given the demographics, there is a market for a premium dining especially at the weekends. Internally the Duke of York is an open plan trading operation with a dedicated restaurant area complementing an attractive main bar and lounge area. The trade kitchen can cater for up to 60 covers throughout. The pub is well maintained throughout and features natural finishes complimented by warm inviting colours.

Externally the pub is very impressive and stands as a landrmark. There is an attractive beer garden and a very large car park that accommodates 40 spaces.
