The pub is a large and open two-room operation, with space for relaxed dining and the enjoyment of pub games and live sports. Located in the Heart of Hasland this already successful site will receive an £80,000 investment to reposition it as the best sports led pub in the area with the best outdoor space! We will be looking to rejuvenate all the seating and wooden features of the outdoor space, with the addition of a new pergola and attractive lighting. In addition the outdoor space will feature external TV screens and heating, perfect for maximising trade from this year's amazing summer of sport.
The site currently has a food offer, but we will be looking to utilise the development to re-launch the food with our new operator and maximise the impact of the investment and develop multiple income streams for the site. With a brilliant small classic pub menu, an array of drinks such as coffee and cocktails and fantastic outdoor space, the Devonshire Arms is a pub that the whole community can enjoy. The pub is a go-to destination due to its fantastic events and entertainment on a weekly basis with an emphasis on karaoke. The pub's separate function room would allow for an operator to cater to private functions all year round. There is on-street car parking near the site.
