A complete renovation will reposition The Chantrey Arms from a small, outdated local drinker into a bright and welcoming pub; set apart from its competitors as the best sports viewing venue in the area. A buzzing bar area and relaxed lounge, complete with darts, AWP machines and a variety of fixed seating and poseur tables, will attract a diverse customer base looking to enjoy the premium drinks offering in unique surroundings. The works will create a truly standout venue in the area, with an up-tempo atmosphere and contemporary offering.

Please be aware that all refurbishments are subject to final board approval which will be determined as part of the leasing process.

Where a significant investment is made in a pub by Star Pubs & Bars, an "Investment Exemption" will be required. This means that the option of a Market Rent Option lease won't be available at rent review for a period of up to seven years for this site. This applies to all pubs in England & Wales as per The Pub Code (2016).
