The Beagle is a traditional community pub that sits within the heart of a large residential area in Sheffield, close to local shops and amenities. The area is highly populated, with over 5,000 adults living within a half mile radius - meaning that there is plenty of opportunity for a community pub that offers great food and entertainment in a welcoming atmosphere.

Our considerably large investment in the pub will see all trading areas transformed. A new kitchen will be added to the rear to allow for 80 internal covers to be served comfortably and a games room will be added to appeal to families. New signage will be designed for the exterior of the pub along with an appealing beer garden and terrace area to accommodate a further 40 more covers.

Are you a skilled hospitality manager looking for their next exciting opportunity?

Our Just Add Talent agreement is perfect for a first time pub operator. You may be from a management background in hospitality or retail - what matters is your passion for great customer service and your ability to lead and motivate a team of staff. Prior experience working in a pub and with food will be essential for this pub due to the refurbishment. A knowledge of the local area will also be preferred.

Just Add Talent is a lower risk and high support agreement which offers a 'foot in the door' to the leased and tenanted industry. With fixed in goings of only £4,000, you will be given the support and training you need to develop your skills and run a successful pub with Star Pubs & Bars.

Trading Area & Facilities

We plan to invest in The Beagle to transform it into a modern community hub that everyone can enjoy. Inside, the layout will have a simpler flow and appeal to both drinkers and diners alike. A new catering kitchen will be added to accommodate 80 covers internally. The interior will also be fully refurbished with new flooring and fixtures and a variety of decorative features will be added to create an enjoyable space that appeals to all. A games area will be created to the rear for families.

Outside, we will create drinking spaces at both the front and rear which will include artificial grass, a decked area to the front and new furniture for 40 extra covers. New signage and lighting will increase curb appeal.

Private Accommodation

The private accommodation consists of two bedrooms, kitchen & bathroom and a lounge. Where required there will be appropriate works carried out in line with the Star Pubs & Bars Ready to Trade Promise.
